Our approach to providing a modernized office space design is founded on our core experience innovating workspace for Kessel Run in Boston, MA. Based on our experience and after analyzing feedback, high performing engineers and designers tend to thrive more in an environment that evokes creativity and productivity through a customer-specific and employee-centric office design.

TDMK strives to eliminate the outdated method of providing a universal solution for every customer and their employees and seeks to tailor each solution as specifically as possible. This enterprise/management services contract for Kessel Run includes the design of a space to accommodate multiple executive offices, conference rooms, classrooms, event space, creative space, kitchen, supply area, recreational area, and nursing room.

This space is functional for up to 900 workspaces with an initial capacity of 600. This design includes an established environment to host Secret Internet Protocol Router (SIPR), various levels of key card access, and physical security personnel to monitor the space 24/7.
